About this app

We have prepared a mobile application for retail clients of the TAURON Group.
Thanks to it, you will be able to conveniently manage contracts and invoices and pay bills quickly and safely.
Additionally - if you have a "teleraccount" - you will be able to provide meter readings using the application. We will then immediately provide you with information about the costs of your consumption. 

With the application you can also:
- view details of all your contracts;
- view information about upcoming payments and all issued invoices;
- pay for individual invoices and shopping carts quickly and safely - directly in the application;
- receive notifications min. about a new invoice or upcoming payment date;
- quickly contact TAURON using dedicated hotlines;
- find the nearest customer service point and check information about opening hours and its address;
- if you have the "telerachunek" service - you can provide your meter reading.

To log in to the application, simply enter your login and password from the Moje Tauron website. If you don't have an account on Moje Tauron, you can quickly create one. All you need to do is enter your PESEL and registration number or payer number in the application. You will find these numbers on your contract or invoice.

terrible app, it asks you almost every week to update your phone number. also important information about the invoices are not all in one place

Edit: year later app is still broken as hell. UOKIK should give a huge fine to Tauron even for this fact Whenever I navigate between menu items, I am logged out and quick login (pin/fingerprint) is removed or simply gives server error. Edit2: I am happy to create a more detailed report, when you give me a proper discount. With such poor service and shady pricing policy, I hope you do not expect a free analysis

Unreliable app. Failed payments can be processed for days so you can have overdues easily. Quite often you open app to learn that you have been charged for last period, and after some app hiccup it's 0. I appreciate all the additional features of the app but I think that the main goal should be perfectly executed first.
