1. When you run out of Internet, they cut it off completely, although, it would have been a much better business strategy to keep the application connected so that a user could top-up his/her account from the app. Instead, you have to run to the nearest shop and it's a good thing if you are not abroad or in the middle of nowhere... 2. Unavailability of the app after 11 PM due to maintenance. 3. GBs with longer validity period are taken out first, so that you lose the ones with shorter validity.

The app works OK to tell you the basics like how much data, voice, sms are available and when they expire. However over the course of two months I was never able to complete a top up with any of several credit cards. It would near the completion stage, and my credit card company would ask me to verify which I did. As the app was doing the final processing, it failed every time with the cryptic message "something is wrong". Had to go back to the store twice to top up.

Constant security updates for a glorified *# menu wrapper. You can't check your balance without having to slog through yet another update that you don't even know if you can download because you're SPECIFICALLY trying to check how much transfer you have left. Dozens of completely useless features (an LLM chatbot? a wheel of fortune ripoff? useless deals that advertise 2% off something you don't need?). Just a fundamentally disappointing application that I loathe to launch yet need to sometimes.
