Werin TMS is a mobile app for managing tools, equipment, and field tasks. Designed for service, technical, and construction teams that need efficient control over company resources — even without internet access.

🔧 TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
Browse the company equipment catalog, checkout, and return tools with a single QR code scan. Supports single and bulk operations. Includes a full history of rentals and returns assigned to specific employees.

📋 ORDERS AND TASKS
Manage field orders broken down into stages. Document progress using photos with automatic geolocation, fill out forms, and mark completed steps on a checklist. Export order data to a ZIP archive.

📦 MATERIALS INVENTORY Track material stock levels, register withdrawals and returns, and assign consumption to specific orders. Full transaction history with identification of the user performing the operation.

🧾 RECEIPTS AND FUEL
Photograph receipts, assign them to vehicles and teams, and log the amount of fuel purchased. Bulk data export available.

⏱️ TIME TRACKING
Log working hours and assign them to specific projects. View entry history and work hour summaries for yourself and your team.

📷 QR CODE SCANNER
Quick login, as well as tool and material identification — all through the built-in QR and barcode scanner.

📶 OFFLINE MODE
Work without cellular coverage — browse orders, add photos, and update task progress and statuses. Data synchronizes automatically once the connection is restored.

👥 TEAM MANAGEMENT
Browse the employee list, reporting structure, and contact details. Administrators can generate QR codes for team members.

🔐 SECURITY AND PERMISSIONS
Token-based login, data separation between company branches, and a flexible permission system — every user sees only what they are authorized to access.
