About this app

The application is dedicated to the purchased XAPP system license. In order to use this application, the employer must have purchased a subscription in the xapp service.
XAPP is an application that facilitates communication between employees and the employer. In addition to recording working time, the application allows you to control the location of employees on the map, send materials to the employee, send photos from the workplace to the employer, manage holidays, plan employees' work for the next few days, create teams and assign them to workplaces. The application can work offline. Thanks to XAPP, communication will improve significantly.


Application features and benefits:

- Records of working times, breaks (including overtime) of employees

- Records of tasks performed during the day

- Controlling the location of employees through data from the GPS system

- Leave management - accepting or rejecting leave requests sent by employees

- Work scheduling for employees. Employees see jobs that the employer will plan for them

- Combining employees into teams - one person responsible for a team of several people is enough to report and record the times of other people

- Sending photos (tagged with GPS coordinates from the place taken) and notes to the employer

- Sending materials needed for the tasks to be performed to employees (e.g. construction plan in PDF format)

- Information about your account: the employee can check how many hours he has worked and overtime in a given settlement period, as well as used and planned leaves, and much more,

- Report of currently performed tasks, working times and location of employees for the employer. Ability to generate printable reports with extensive filtering
