Ratings and reviews

I created an account within the app and placed an order. Payment was rejected but there is nothing I can do about it. I didn't receive an email confirming the purchase, or creating the account. When i try to log in through my computer, it doesn't let me in. When i try to reset my password, no email arrives... Horrible UX

Selling things they don’t have. I paid for a PlayStation 5 which — surprise — they didn’t actually have in stock. On the day the delivery was supposed to arrive, absolutely nothing happened. No message, no explanation, no refund. Clearly, communicating with customers isn’t their strong suit. If you're in the mood to waste your time, your nerves, and possibly your money — this is the place for you. Everyone else should stick to stores that actually have the products they sell.

Not only once application is not possible to run. It wants update, when I go to play store there is no update. When I uninstall and install again... the same story, cant run ,old version, app needs to be updated ! And sometimes Hotshots messages are delayed for few minutes what practically makes items impossible to buy.
