About this app

Batele Plus is an app for fast courier deliveries in Bishkek and other cities in Kyrgyzstan. Send a parcel, documents, keys, or a gift—select an address, pay in the app, and track the courier on the map in real time.

WHAT YOU CAN ORDER NOW
• Courier delivery between two points within the city.
• Choose the right vehicle: motorcycle, car, or "any."
• Urgent or scheduled delivery—order a courier now or at a specific time.
• Economy rate: lower price, slightly longer delivery time—for urgent deliveries.
• Parcel dimensions: length, width, height, and weight—we'll select the right vehicle and ensure we adhere to the load capacity limits.

CONVENIENT ADDRESS MANAGEMENT
• Save your favorite locations: "Home," "Work," "Parents' Place" — each with its own icon and a message for the courier.
• One-tap address suggestions: if the field is empty, saved and recent addresses are immediately visible.
• Location A is automatically populated based on your current location.
• Specify the entrance, floor, apartment, intercom, and any other preferences — the courier will see everything at once.
• "Leave at the door" option for contactless delivery.

TRACKING AND PAYMENT
• Map with the courier's route and status from order acceptance to delivery to the recipient.
• Photos, phone number, and vehicle type of the courier — contact them with a single tap.
• Transparent cost calculation before order confirmation: price per route + weight surcharge, if applicable.
• Payment by card, cash, or QR code.
• Delivery history: active, scheduled, and archived.
