it was really a good move from government. But there are some faults in the app while creating an offence. It is loading 10% 20% to 90% and showing error in the end. please look into this.

not worth wasting time on this app all they do when u raise a ticket is keep it open for a couple of weeks at a staus processing and then boom all of a sudden close it with lame excuses .No one even tries to contact you gor more info if they need more. So don't waste yourr time downloading this app its of no use. App uninstalled!!!

I have taken photos of 2 offences related to no helmet while riding and clicked submit. It says your complaint has been sent to Database, but in my complaint list, it says " There is no complaint or offence created yet ". Kindly look into this issue.
