About this app

How does it work?
A notification that is always up where you select and lock your preferred screen orientation:
- portrait;
- upside down; (it is possible for device to not support this orientation)
- landscape;
- landscape to the other side;

App also supports a dark mode (fits nicely with those dark themes) and actions for quick settings at the top

WARNING: If you have a phone it's possible that rotation won't work on your homescreen(launcher), but it will work in apps, I promise.

Required permissions:
WRITE_SETTINGS - to change device orientation
RECEIVE_ON_BOOT_COMPLETE - to launch notification on boot

App delivers. (del) But, an excellent job overall. Thanks, this solved my issue. New phone '22: Currently, pulldown menu is missing, no option w/in app to set orientation. App is crashing frequently, and I need to restart often. Not sure if on crashing it is selecting things, or if my other underlying app is at fault. The droid announce popup does not have a waiting period, so if you're selecting something and it pops up under your finger, it will then take you out of app, causing restart

I searched for a wayto lock the rotation of my screen for some time. This one is by far my favorite! I love its simplistic design and ability to add custom rotations to the task bar for easy access. Never liked the clunky notification bar way other rotation control apps force you to have. My only complaint is that it seems to use up significant battery. i did take off a star cause of that. I cant seemto fully turn off the app so when not i use I uninstall it to save batery when I need to.

The previous version worked fine. Now its screwed. Also I miss the reversed portrait mode. Now its does not allow some apps to switch to landscape when play videos or livestreams (Twitch) I have mi redmi note 4. Update1 2020-09-06 IT crashes rite after boot now.
