App UX is awful. Not intuitive, you are required to make meal reservations through it and cannot. It times out leaving you contacting the front desk or just hoping for the best, which isn't a great strategy in a place filled with children. Information is lacking. I ended up wasting money on tickets already included in our purchase.

Terrible experience! I paid for express passes for the attractions, but they never showed up — neither in the app nor in the email linked to my account. There’s no transaction history, no confirmation, nothing. On top of that, the app doesn’t even have a proper support button or any way to contact customer service. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly do not recommend using this app!

the app is fine. most of it works as it should but some of it it is temperamental at best. the Bluetooth feature for Encharted that gives you all the languages for the que line videos only works for the first animation because as you go further in the very long and claustrophobic, airless, que line, everyone gets there phone out, signal is scarce so feature becomes useless. after a week I still dont know what was said in the last 2 videos as once you leave the ride, feature doesn't work.
