About this app

erp.li POS is a native Android Point of Sale app that connects directly to your Odoo server. Designed for retail and hospitality businesses running Odoo 17,18 or 19 (Community, Enterprise, or Odoo.sh).

📶 Online & Offline Selling
Sell without interruption even when internet drops. The app caches all products, customers, and images to the device on first session open. Offline orders are saved locally and synced to Odoo automatically the moment
connectivity returns.

🛒 Complete POS Experience
- Add products to cart with a single tap
- Adjust quantities, edit prices, apply per-item or order-wide discounts
- Scan barcodes using the device camera (EAN-13, QR, internal reference)
- Search products by voice — speak the product name to find it instantly
- Select product variants (size, color, etc.) before adding to cart

💳 Flexible Payments
Accept cash, card, bank transfer, or any payment method configured in your Odoo POS. Change is calculated automatically for cash payments.

👥 Customer Management
Search and assign customers to orders. The most recent contacts are preloaded for instant offline access. A default customer can be pre-configured and is automatically selected on every new order.

🧾 Receipt Sharing
After every sale, share the receipt instantly via WhatsApp, email, Telegram, or any app on the device — as a PNG image, PDF document, or plain text.

👤 Multi-Cashier with PIN
When Odoo HR POS is enabled, cashiers sign in with a personal PIN. Manager and basic cashier roles are respected based on Odoo POS employee assignments.

⚙️ Fully Configurable from Odoo
All features are controlled from your Odoo POS settings — no app configuration needed. Toggle camera scanner, voice search, customer selector, receipt sharing, product load limits, and default customer directly from the Odoo
backend.

🔐 Secure & Private
Connects using your existing Odoo credentials. No customer data, sales data, or Odoo records are ever sent to third parties. Only an anonymous device identifier and your server URL are used for subscription management.

📋 Order History
View all orders placed in the current session with reference, customer, total, status, and date.

🌍 Arabic & English
Full Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interface. Switch language instantly from the login screen.
