Like the other review that I read, I have experienced the "failed transaction" withdrawal via instapay. It says that they didn't deduct the amount I was supposed to withdraw, but when I checked it, it's all gone and it didn't show up on the "activity" section. I will edit my review once you fixed this bug. Updates: They refunded the money to my account, however they still charged me the ₱15 for the failed transaction on my first withdrawal, but it's okay. Thank you for fixing the errors.

They rejected and blocked my account application and they don't want to tell me the reason. I don't know what "STANDARDS" they want to see hahaha I will send the screenshot of their reply to my employer. I hope my employer knows other apps to transfer my salary to.

It works fine but I hate the fact that a failed transaction (to a bank via Instapay) won't show up in the "Activity" section and that money didn't come back to my Pouch wallet very quickly so you need to reach out to Pouch.ph's official Messenger with a screenshot of it. Also it's too buggy.
