Some of the functions like leave a message or customization don't always work. They increased the pricing so it would be nice to have new pranks. It was alreadt on the expensive side before the increase. When there is a billing or technical issue they are usually quick to respond in a day and rectify the situation.

used to be an awesome app but they recently updated it and got rid of the best prank (the black guy "you got the drugs?"), plus now it only works half the time. I call someone, it rings twice, then crashes and hangs up. and they took away the option to not say that it's a prank at the end. do the one- time purchase option (40 credits for $10) and buy more when they're out. if you do the free version, you get 3 free calls a day. hang up before it reaches voicemail to avoid a credit deduction

they dont give you 3 free calls. it just looks like you're calling for free and then a pipup displays saying it went to voicemail. all to get you to buy the feature.
