⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience with Betaplace. I have 28,600 XAF in my account, but I have been unable to withdraw my money since 2025. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially when it is my own money and I have been waiting for such a long time. I have tried to resolve the issue, but the withdrawal problem remains unresolved. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in the platform. How can a beta app accept deposits but make it so difficult for users to withdraw.

It is unreliable. I see my money but they won't let me withdraw it. I've been reaching out to them on Whatsapp,by email,on X. But still, months after I was supposed to withdraw, nothing has been done. customer service is terrible, please remove it from play store

Worst app in 2025.. Jack of all trades but master of none.. It is easy to deposit money but deficult or impossible to withdraw your money.. Verification of account takes 1 year and counting.. Worst customer service..
