If there was a was to give zero stars I would have. I have been trying to withdraw money from my wallet for days now, but it keeps getting declined. I have written their support but no response. And they also deducted 2000frs from my balance I don't know how. They're thieves

7 days ago....I credited my wallet with the sum of 9000FCFA in other for me to use it and create a virtual visa card on the platform. Till today 5/02/24, have have not seen the money in my wallet, meanwhile my Mobile money account has been debited. I have tried to contact customer support until I am tired. Please customer support I need a refund, this isn't funny.

Today 29-12-23 at 20:02 pm I deposited money into my savings and till now there is no update as to where the money has gone to and my mobile money account has been debited. The app is too slow to respond. I will appreciate if this is rectified and my money refunded thanks.
