I tried to order something and ship it to the chinese warehouse of starex, the product has been returned and i had no idea why, turns out starex changed the location of their chinese warehouse without sending a notification, email or some sort of acknowledgement. I have sent an email to them regarding this and i am still waiting for a reply 13 days later can't call them because it just randomly hangs up the call. And now i am trying to fix this mess that starex caused. I am really disappointed.

very bad customer service. can't reach call center. packages delays.

there are many other options available. don't choose this cargo company. especially the customer support is very bad. each time I need to contact with them I have to call. other companies might have whatsapp which makes communication easier and cheaper. I definitely do not recommend!!
