Are you renovating your home for energy efficiency and your energy consultant constantly needs invoices and documentation? With baufo.pro, you collect everything in one place—instead of gathering receipts via email, WhatsApp, and piles of paper.
It's that easy:
Your energy consultant creates your funding project and invites you. You open the app, photograph your contractor and material invoices—baufo.pro takes care of the rest. Your consultant sees every receipt immediately and contacts you if anything is missing.
Photograph receipts, don't type them in.
The built-in document scanner automatically detects the edges of your invoice and straightens them. The document recognition then reads the issuer, invoice number, date, net and gross amounts, and VAT. You just need to quickly check the values.

Your data is stored exclusively on servers in Germany. Each energy consultant's office works with its own database; your documents are strictly separated. All connections are encrypted. You can delete your account directly in the app at any time.

baufo.pro is free for building owners. You will receive access from your energy consultant—self-registration is not required.
