HESHE Stocker — a mobile warehouse management app for small craft businesses, workshops, factories, and service teams. The entire team uses their phones, data synchronizes in real time, securely in the cloud (EU region).
✓ WAREHOUSE ON YOUR PHONE — FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
Add parts with a photo, category, SKU, and location in the box. Each employee sees the current inventory on their phone. They retrieve parts with a single tap — the manager sees updates in 2 seconds.
✓ MULTI-PROJECT — EVERY PROJECT HAS ITS OWN WAREHOUSE
Ideal for companies managing multiple contracts, construction sites, and projects simultaneously. Telecoms, fiber optic crews, construction companies, and multi-shop retail — each project has its own warehouse, its own shortages, and its own shopping list. A switcher at the top of the screen; one tap = a different project.
✓ PRODUCTS AND BILL OF MATERIALS
Build a product list (e.g., "Connected Apartment (FTTH)"), define the components needed for assembly. The order is automatically broken down into the necessary parts. You can immediately see what you have, what's missing, and how many to order.
✓ ORDERS WITH CHECKLIST
Each order has its status (new/in progress/ready/cancelled), customer, due date, and notes. The employee checks off the collected parts—the inventory automatically updates from the BOM. PDF export of the finished document is a single click.
✓ SERIAL NUMBERS OF DELIVERED UNITS
Record the serial numbers of the frame, motor, battery, coupler, splitter—whatever you need. After a year, when the customer files a complaint, you enter the number and see: when it was ordered, for whom, and who placed the order. No more paperwork in a binder.

Optional lock — fingerprint or Face ID + 4-6-digit PIN. When someone picks up your unlocked phone, they won't see your warehouse, customers, or quotes. Biometric data never leaves the device.
