About this app

helpdesk.magico is a call center solution that synchronizes call data from your phone in real time and makes it available in a browser panel for consultants. Thanks to this, employees have immediate access to contact history, comments and notes regarding each call - without the need to use VoIP phones (although they can be integrated with them).

The application collects data about incoming and outgoing calls from an Android phone and then sends them to the helpdesk.magico panel.

Why do we require access to connection permissions?

In order to fully provide the service described above (synchronization and automatic call recording), the application must have access to data about telephone calls on your device. Without these permissions, the main helpdesk.magico function cannot function properly.


Why do we require access to SMS permissions?
In our web panel, logged-in consultants have the option of sending SMS directly from their computer browser. This facilitates and organizes work thanks to reliable real-time synchronization. Our web panel is also able to display SMS messages received from customers on the consultant's phone if this option is activated in the application settings.

How does it work in practice?

Register an account in the helpdesk.magico system.

Install the application on your Android phone.

Grant the required permissions (reading and recording connections) - they are necessary for the system to automatically transfer information to the consultant's panel.

Use the panel in your browser to keep track of all your calls, add comments and store contact history.
