About this app

Poruci PRO Order is an application for restaurant staff who receive orders through the poruci.pro platform. A new order arrives immediately, with an audible notification, and the bar, kitchen and delivery all see the same status in real time.

ORDERS
• New orders arrive immediately, with sound and notification
• One-touch acceptance or rejection, with optional automatic acceptance
• Clear statuses in color: new, confirmed, in preparation, ready, on the way, delivered
• Delivery, pickup and table orders
• Modify items, quantities, additions and notes until the order is ready
• Preparation time and estimation of when the order will be ready
• Call a guest with one touch

TELEPHONE ORDERS
• Entering an order received by phone, for pickup or delivery
• Delivery zones with delivery price
• Scheduling an order for a specific day and time
• Plan: calendar of scheduled orders

KITCHEN AND GUESTS
• Kitchen board for TV or big screen, with adjustable number of columns, rows and font size
• Info screen for guests: orders in preparation and ready for pickup, with an audible signal

PRESS
• Kitchen orders on 58 and 80 mm thermal printers, including Bluetooth printers
• Automatic printing of new or confirmed orders
• On the order: daily order number, items, accessories, notes, payment method and delivery address

MORE
• Inventory tracking: display of remaining quantity and prohibition of entry over balance (optional)
• Light and dark theme, Serbian and English language
• Works on phone, tablet and Android TV
