Provisionly brings together all the onboard chef's culinary work in one place—from guest preferences to APA (Additional Preference Allowance).

Guest preferences—allergies, dietary restrictions, dislikes, and beverage preferences are noted once. Simply paste the form received from the broker or take a photo: it's automatically read and filed.

Charter menus—create your menus day by day and by course, with guest allergies constantly displayed.

Recipes—written or photographed. Quantities adjust to the number of guests, and charter allergies are automatically added to each recipe.

Groceries—generated from your menus, grouped by aisle, and ready before provisioning.

Inventory and traceability—purchases are entered into inventory; stored by galley, refrigerator, and cellar, with traceability of each batch from delivery to plate.

APA and budget—every expense directly feeds into the charter budget, fully justified, with a receipt.
