Mimi-nary is an app that listens to the music playing around you and displays the song title, artist, and album art.
Whenever you hear background music in a store, or a song on TV or the radio and think, "What's that song?", simply open the app. The song title will be revealed in a few seconds to 10 seconds. It continues listening while the app is open, so the display automatically switches when the song changes.
[Main Features]
・Large display of song title, artist, and album art
・"Previous Song" shows you what was playing a little while ago
・"Listen to this song" - Scanning the QR code opens the song's page on Apple Music
・Screen lights up in sync with the music, and a volume bar is displayed at the bottom
・Displays in both portrait and landscape orientations on smartphones and tablets
[Also usable as digital signage]
If left on, it can be used as digital signage to announce the currently playing song. The screen will not turn off while the app is open. It can also be displayed on a TV via USB-C to HDMI (for models with video output support) or wireless display.
【Personal and PRO (both one-time purchases)】
• Personal: Removes banner ads at the bottom of the screen and full-screen ads.
• PRO: Includes features for digital signage, such as store name and logo, announcement slides, clock, TV-specific screen, list of songs played today, and album art display options. Includes all features from the Personal version.
【Privacy】
Apple's ShazamKit is used for song identification. Microphone audio is simply converted into an identification signature within the device; recordings are not saved or transmitted.
Ads are displayed in the free version.
I can immediately recognize the name, artist, and album cover of the song playing around me.
