Easy to use in comparison to other apps. There are no unnecessary settings or excess of them- everything has a purpose. It's not unlike Discord, but has simplicity comparable with a regular phone texting app. It's the best of both put together. And not only do they have a phone app, but a web version and a computer app as well. All of the users I have met are easy to get along with, and I love being able to share accomplishments with them and tips for things.
