With Devisly, you describe what you want to bill and artificial intelligence prepares a draft quote or invoice, which you review, including the client, the lines, and the amounts, before it is sent. You can dictate that description instead of typing it, and Devisly builds the same draft from your voice.

You then finish it as a quote or an invoice, setting the VAT rate and how long a quote stays valid. Your clients and the services you sell stay saved, so you choose a client you already have and reuse a service instead of writing it again.

You generate the PDF and send it to your client, then follow the document from draft to sent, accepted, or paid. When a quote is accepted, you turn it into an invoice without starting over.
