The users can view the position of the device relative to the Earth's frame of reference (specifically, the magnetic north pole), as measured by device accelerometer and magnetometer sensors.
The very simple application without ads and completely free. No registration is required. No data is collected, and no data is stored locally.
The accuracy of the compass depends of your phone sensors. The application shows compass rose and phone direction. The application also provides fast / slow response and high / low accuracy, that helps if you use your phone when you are walking or sailing.
