ProActive is a specialized corporate mobile application designed to automate field maintenance processes, operational dispatch control, and occupational safety monitoring at electric power facilities.

The application is a closed corporate system and is NOT intended for public use. Access is granted exclusively to current energy company employees as part of their official job responsibilities. Self-registration in the application is not possible—accounts are created centrally by authorized administrators in the IT department.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND CAPABILITIES:

• Field Work and Request Management:
Automatic task distribution among field teams, generation, approval, and execution of orders for repair and maintenance.
• Equipment Decommissioning:
Digitalization of the process of decommissioning power equipment for maintenance and its subsequent return to service, with documentation of each stage.
• Electronic operational logs:
Maintain operational documentation, checklists, and action logs in digital form, automatically linked to employee accounts to ensure full traceability of decisions.
• Occupational health and safety monitoring:
Step-by-step safety compliance monitoring before allowing crews to work, photographic documentation of task completion stages, audio briefings, and report submission.
• Geolocation and coordination:
Background location monitoring of field personnel during work shifts to promptly distribute emergency requests and ensure employee safety at site.
• Integration with digital signature (eGov mobile):
Ability to legally sign orders, work permits, and internal reports directly from a mobile device.

TECHNICAL FEATURES AND SECURITY:

• Full integration with the ProActive system web interface for dispatchers and managers.
• Data transfer via secure HTTPS/TLS protocol. • Data storage and processing on servers located within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Strict role-based access model to production information and personal data.
• Photographic recording of work progress
• Performance monitoring and reporting
