ProHerz is a medical product from ProCarement GmbH that accompanies you every day with heart failure (heart failure) and actively supports you in regaining a healthier life. We will help you to understand the complicated connections between your lifestyle and your heart failure (I.50 – heart failure). This understanding will enable you to take an active role in your therapy. Our modules, such as the medication plan, will help you with regular reminders, diagnostic overview plans, your personal document archive, a library with professionally tested content in understandable language and a daily learning flashlight. Last but not least, you can get devices from us that make your daily measurements easier and ensure automated data transmission. Furthermore, the app offers you the opportunity to share your data with your doctor and thus to work out therapy adjustments early and individually.
This app is a therapy companion and does not replace a doctor's visit. The ProHerz App should be used in combination with medical treatment. Medical decisions should always be discussed with a doctor.
