I've been using PaySika for a little more than 2.5 years now. Most of the time the service works without hic ups. I mean putting money into your card and paying online transactions. But where they really shine is their customer service. They answer within a reasonable amount of time and really try to help you get through whatever issue you're facing. Issues are a part of a business such as this one, they know that and their customer service is top quality. I definitely recommend.

the app is good just they keep telling me I have some failed transactions meanwhile i haven't done any transaction. I had 2 failed transactions of which I paid the required amount to council it. Now they are telling me I have 6 failed transactions of which I haven't done any transactions. I don't think I will continue with this app because it's exploiting.

The app is really good, fast and reliable, quick customer service response and versatile services. But my greatest problem with PaySika are the transaction fees, the charges are too high, like you do a transaction and you are paying half or almost the same amount on charges, its really gross. And again, when a card gets blocked, they make you get another, after paying to unblock, you now pay for another rather than having you unblock your card and continue using it. i'll give a 3 star rating.
