Worst experience using this app. It used to work well but lately there is no customer support. The drivers often do start-end. They also say they will be there but go different way, leaving us with no option but to cancel the ride. We have to pay the cancellation charges on top of having to wait. Waste of money and time. Coupons don't work too. I have reported it several times yet no action is being taken. I am going to uninstall the app and switch to better ones who prioritise their customers.

Worst app ever....i pinned my drop location and after sometime when i reopened this application it was frking hanged!!i installed in another device...where it was operating smoothly....i book my ride nd the driver told i wont be able to drop you...as he had to go somewhere else!..i booked min.
