I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a recent taxi booking.After confirming my ride, the assigned driver did not arrive at the pickup location. I waited for a long time, but the driver neither came nor contacted me. I tried calling the driver multiple times, but my calls were not answered. Additionally, the driver did not cancel the ride from his side, and I was unable to book another taxi during that time. This caused me significant inconvenience and delay

Yesterday I booked two auto rides. The first auto driver reached my destination instead of my pick up point. I cancelled the booking and booked another ride. The second driver did not reach the pick up point. I tried to call him twice before cancelling rides after waiting for almost 15 minutes but he didn't respond. After all this experience you are charging customers for cancelling the ride. Though I have paid 20 rupees, but looks like this is planned loot by Jugnoo and the Auto drivers.

This app is such a scam and that's why it isn't used often in big cities. They display a price at the time of booking after the ride is completed, they charge you additional 50-100 INR. Worst app to use. They have created a monopoly in manipur due to which other apps are not registered, I'd love to use Uber/Rapido/Ola, rather than this scam of an app!
