Worst app ever....i pinned my drop location and after sometime when i reopened this application it was frking hanged!!i installed in another device...where it was operating smoothly....i book my ride nd the driver told i wont be able to drop you...as he had to go somewhere else!..i booked min. 7 to 10 rides....and the drivers gave only excuses!! some of them just didn'tpick up the calls!!..its just frustrating!!! Worst app ever...its for the 3 rd time i m facing problem with this application..

So far, the worst conveyance app ever. The drivers sometimes denies to pick up from the location or drop at the location booked. The waiting period is shown 4-5 minutes but the driver took 15-20 mins and even doesn't pick up the call! Have to book the ride 4-5 times after cancelling again and again. Sometimes the app is freeze so it's not possible to see the location of the driver.

I had been using it for a year,at start it was good but recently it is charging extra without any reason. If you want to charge extra just show it from the start when someone books a ride. I just had a ride which showed 17 min till drop off for 159 rupees okay. It started at 2:55 and ended at 3:14pm. No traffic or any other factors that can cause delay. And the app showed 237 at the end?Like why? Even the regular auto drivers would charge half of it then why should I go with jugnoo. disappointed
