Jugnoo has become extremely frustrating. The drivers often accept the ride requests but then cancel them on the spot. Moreover, when we apply discount codes, the drivers ask us to show them the code on our phones and then only agree to charge us the full amount. This is inconvenient, and it defeats the purpose of having a discount code. If we have an emergency, or if we are simply in a hurry, Jugnoo is not helpful at all. In comparison, apps like Uber and Rapido are much better.

My experience with this was not good. Like when u book a ride, a 'x' price is shown, after u reach the destination, 'y' price is shown. Means that I booked a ride for rs 160 and when I reached the destination, the driver told me to pay 200 as his app was showing to pay 200?. I don't know what to call this....Very bad experience, happened to me multiple times

Jugnoo concept to having ride 29/- for 3km and 39/- for 4 km is good. But now driver playing the game. They ask extra money overcall. They mentioned that they see that higher price on their application so they want these money after ride completed. I tried to raise my concern through jugnuu app but app doesn't have that option. Page says 'no data', once I tap on need help under ride section. Ride Id for my issue is #49xxxx101. I send email in customer support.
