Ratings and reviews

The app is ok, but needs a little work. For rides, you should get a list of offers, not one at a time. The drivers should be ready to pick up, not making you wait 30 minutes before pick up. The app shows that the taxi is 2 minutes away, but then the driver comes from a far distance away from you. I've used Yango in Senegal and the driver comes in about 5 minutes or less. This should be the same.

Things were going great, but the next time I opened the app to order, I only get the option for rides rather than shopping (food) which is a core functionality of the app, it ended up working out though.

I love the app and have been using it for a while now. 🤔 The only issue I have is the new "Packing Fee" and delivery price hike. 😒 Imagine ordering food from LP Kairaba to Kanifing Hospital and paying D85 for delivery plus D15 for packing. 🤦‍♂️
