Really wanted to like this service because I want better wages and working conditions for drivers. But I requested a ride a full day in advance and it was cancelled 5 minutes before the pickup time. At this point I could not confidently recommend this service to anyone and I'm not sure I'll use it again

I always use MOOV now when I come back home to visit family. Great service from the drivers and works just as well if not better than other rideshare apps

They pay the drivers a better percentage than Uber or Lyft. a great ride and a pleasant conversation
