Ratings and reviews

This app is acceptional and reliable, I would recommend to add an option for satellite view so you can pin point your exact location for pick up and drop off so there is no confusion between the customer and the Uber driver....if you do that I will rate this app 5 star

Some areas or locations like Badili Primary School and Karua Medical Centre don't appear on the Star Trip map. Please have these issues resolved as these are just 2 out of many different locations that have not been mentioned. Nonetheless Star Trip is a great service. Just update the map coverage.

I would highly recommend to use the StarTrip app. It provides a very convenient and excellent service. The drivers are very respectful and it is a service where we are there for each other......they (drivers) provide us a service by picking and dropping us and we pay which in return helps them with their daily lives. Kudos to all the StarTrip drivers!!
