Ratings and reviews

Startrip’s pricing feels unfair. The app used to adjust fares based on journey time, but now it charges a flat rate regardless. Yesterday, my office trip took 16 minutes (K39), while the return took 25 minutes — still K39. Previously, a 15‑minute trip cost around K31. Despite this, the drivers and service remain outstanding — cars are clean, and drivers are friendly. Startrip should explain how fares are calculated and why charges no longer reflect travel time.

App gives wrong location. Also do not use visa card to pay on the app, the company overcharges and rips you off, they charge you in dollars instead of kina. I recommend giving cash for payment. app and rates need to be improved.

I can't even register, I can't tick the terms of use box because it's all the way down beyond my phone screen I can't tap on it. Fix and will give higher star rating.
