The app initially quoted $7.50 as a base fare, but I was charged $30 after the trip. It seems no different from other ride-sharing apps, and in fact, I found it more expensive in comparison. I’m giving two stars because I appreciate that drivers keep 100% of the fare, and hope for fairness and transparency towards riders.

Awesome rideshare. A lot cheaper than Uber or Lyft the only thing is you have to wait a little longer than you would with the other 2 but that's only sometimes. For the price difference, it's worth the wait. also received a $5 off promo that can be used from now to decmeber for $5 off everyday once a day. .. I never had any promos like that with the others either !!

everything was great until my regular driver couldn't take me anymore. I need high reliability. I had a ride scheduled. for 20 minutes they were 5 minutes away. had to cancel due to no response to communication. called the service number, they would not listen and just talked over me then hung up on me. emailed the customer service email. no response. evidently since it is a low cost ride, though 5 days a week, I was not wanted as a patron.
