HUM operates on a month-to-month subscription that provides access to the tools and infrastructure needed to offer private rides and earn 100%. Drivers can cancel at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. We simply want to help you drive a successful business.

Ratings and reviews

Every trip I have completed so far, I've had a problem getting paid. I've had to contact support every single time. Still haven't been paid for last weeks trip. Also, the app has way too many issues. Not to mention, there are so few rides coming in that paying a subscription at this time is not worth it. Fix the app, get more customers, and pay your drivers in a timely manner. Then maybe I'll change my rating.

The HUM App is very easy to use! Driving for HUM is awesome and of course drivers keep 100% of the fares they earn and the ability to do "Private Rides is amazing!! No other companies offer these perks to drivers just HUM. There are several driver options available such as HUM Flex and NEMT so drivers can do what works best for them and control their schedules and earning potential. Absolutely Amazing working with HUM and being part of the best team in the Biz!!!

Just not worth it to many bugs in the app. With the last one being you don't receive payment for the fare via your stripe account, So when you do a ride you have to contact support to try to get them to pay you and the they reduce the fare by $5.00 saying the customer used a coupon which your not told about until after the ride is complete. great idea they just can't get there app to work right.
