About this app

Pro is the Pro Software Company's customer portal. If you have a website, application, or system that Pro has powered, this application puts your entire account at your fingertips, eliminating the need for searching or asking around.

■ Your entire account at a glance: The outstanding balance, its due date, the remaining balance, and the most recent invoice—all on the first screen.

■ Your projects and their costs in detail: Every project you've delivered to Pro, with its cost breakdown: the agreed-upon base, any additional features you requested, and any expenses you incur.

■ Your subscriptions and their schedules: Hosting, domain, database, and maintenance—each with its own price, cycle, and renewal date. Monthly and annual subscriptions are separate, so you don't get confused by the figures.

■ Account statements detailing every transaction: Your outstanding balance, payments made, the remaining balance, and the balance after each transaction, year by year.

■ Payment
View payment methods with their corresponding numbers and instructions. Transfer using your preferred method outside the app and upload a photo of the receipt. Pro will review and confirm the payment, and you'll receive a notification with the result and a receipt number.

■ Notifications Before Due Dates
Invoice issued, subscription about to renew, receipt confirmation—you'll receive a notification for each, which will be saved within the app.

■ Live Chat
Ask Pro about any invoice or subscription, and receive responses in the same place.

Important to know:

• The app is for viewing and tracking accounts only. It does not include any electronic payment gateway, and transfers are processed locally outside the app.

• The displayed prices are for previously agreed-upon software services, not products for sale.

• Accounts are opened by Pro for its clients. There is no self-registration.

• You can enter preview mode and browse with sample numbers without an account.

• Account deletion is available from within the app: My Account – Request Account Deletion.
