SteelLong calculates longitudinal reinforcement in rectangular beams based on NBR 6118/25, simply by adding the bending moment experienced by the structure, beam dimensions, and material properties.
With SteelLong, you can determine the number of bars in gauges Ø6.3, Ø8.0, Ø10, Ø12.5, Ø16, Ø20, Ø22, Ø25, Ø32, and Ø40, as well as whether or not they are within the minimum spacing required by the standard.
You can also determine the d, KMD, Steel Area, and Minimum Steel Area.
