Pratyayan App is mobile app service of Prottoyon.gov.bd. You can take all the services of Prottoyon.gov.bd through Pratyyan app. If not previously registered on Prottoyon.gov.bd or Pratyayan app then registration should be done according to user type. National identity card or birth registration will be required for registration. To use the app, the user can login to the account through the mobile number / email / national identity card number and password according to the type of account (civil, administrative). A Bangladeshi citizen can easily apply for all types of certificates and receive certificates through Pratyyan app. Can apply for certificate through citizen account or entrepreneur account. According to the charter, the citizen has to pay a certain amount of money after providing the necessary information for the application. After successfully paying the amount, the citizen's application will be verified by the secretary and re-verified by the chairman/mayor/councilor if all the information is correct then the application will be approved otherwise the application will be rejected. If the application is approved, the citizen will receive the certificate from the council or after approval, the entrepreneur can print the certificate from the account.
