About this app

All your inboxes. Finally together.

EpicMail is a multi-account email app for people who manage more than one inbox. Bring Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Mail, iCloud Mail, IMAP, and POP3 accounts into one organized email experience—without giving up the folders, labels, contacts, and email addresses you already use.

One inbox when you want it

View email from every connected account in the Unified Inbox. Prefer to focus? Open a single account, system mailbox, custom folder, or personal label. Distinct account colors help you recognize where each message belongs at a glance.

Read, search, and organize

• Search across multiple email accounts
• Filter unread messages and browse account folders
• Star, archive, label, move, restore, mark as spam, or delete
• Organize messages with colored labels and icons
• Select multiple messages for efficient mailbox cleanup
• View attachments, message details, and conversation history

Compose from the right account

• Choose the sending address for each message
• Add To, Cc, and Bcc recipients
• Write rich-text email with formatting, lists, quotes, and links
• Attach photos and files
• Use account-specific signatures
• Save and reopen drafts
• Reply, reply all, and forward

Your contacts and Mail Lists

Manage contacts in EpicMail and create Mail Lists with as many as 50 members. Each person receives a separate, private email, so recipients never see the other addresses on the list.

Connect the accounts you already use

Add Gmail and Microsoft accounts with provider sign-in. Guided setup helps you connect Yahoo Mail, iCloud Mail, and other IMAP or POP3 email accounts. Manage account order, colors, folders, filters, and signatures directly in the app.

Privacy-minded by design

Connected-account credentials are protected, remote images are blocked by default to reduce sender tracking, and recently opened email is kept in an encrypted on-device cache. Authenticator-app two-factor authentication and named, revocable device sessions add protection to your EpicMail sign-in.

Keep working when connectivity drops

Read recently opened messages from the encrypted cache when connectivity drops. When Android confirms that the device is offline, EpicMail can hold a new message securely and send it when the connection returns.

Get started

New account registration opens securely on the EpicMail website. Card verification is required before connecting external email accounts as an abuse-prevention measure. Billing and subscription changes remain on the EpicMail website.
