Rukab Caller ID is a tool for corporate offices participating in the Rukab platform. It is installed on the office phone that receives customer calls. When a call comes in, it sends the caller ID directly to the company's dispatch system, displaying the customer, their history, and their usual contact information to the employee before they answer.
How does it work?
Enter the server URL, partner number, and interface key you obtain from the Rukab portal.
Click "Start Monitoring."
On each incoming call, only the caller ID is sent to your company's server.
What does and does not the app do?
• It only reads the incoming call number; it does not record calls, read messages, or access contacts.
• It does not store call logs; it only displays the last number sent and the dispatch status.
• It runs in the background with a persistent notification to remain ready.
• It automatically re-enters if the phone's data connection drops during the call.
This app is for corporate office phones participating in the Rukab platform and requires valid company credentials from the portal. It is not intended for passengers.
The caller's number is identified on the company office phone and immediately sent to the passenger system.
