My Notebook — Your School in Your Pocket.
My Notebook connects the school and parents in one Arabic app.
Instead of scattered messages lost among many groups, and notebooks forgotten in the bag, you can find out from your phone what was taught today, what the homework is, when the exam is, and what the teacher said.
■ What the App Offers
• Daily Notebook
Each teacher writes what they taught, the homework, and the exam for their subject, so you receive the entire day's page in one notification, not eight.
• All Your Children on One Screen
Even if they are in different classes or schools. Each child has a color to distinguish them in assignments, messages, and deadlines, so you don't get confused.
• Deadlines You Won't Miss
Every assignment is entered into the calendar with its due date, and the exam appears days in advance, not the night before.
• Teacher Feedback
Behavioral, academic, or excellence feedback is sent to you in a timely manner, and your review of it is recorded.
• School-Managed Chat
A group for each class and a private chat with the teacher, within a closed environment for parents.
The administration opens the discussion or restricts it to announcements. Images and voice messages are sent, and the teacher can mark an image of your child's notebook to indicate where the mistake is.
• Curriculum Books with Teacher Explanations
Browse the book on your phone and see where the teacher has marked on the page with a pen, or pin a note, or record an explanation with their voice that you can listen to with a tap.
• Video Lessons
Recordings of lessons from the interactive whiteboard, organized by subject and lesson.
• Notifications That Don't Miss
A special tone for my notebook for important notes, and automatic silence between 10 PM and 6 AM, except for urgent messages.
■ Privacy
No self-registration: The school only enters the numbers, and the user activates their account.
No advertisements, no location data, and no sharing with any third party for marketing purposes.
Each school is completely isolated from the others, and users only see information related to their children.
