About this app

Busi is an app that keeps parents informed about their children's journey to and from school.

Instead of waiting on the platform and calling the school, you can see the bus's location, its expected arrival time, and whether your child boarded and disembarked correctly, all from your phone.

■ What the App Offers

• Bus Tracking on the Map

See the bus's location in real time during the journey and see how much longer it will take to reach your stop.

• Arrival Alert

You'll receive a notification before the bus arrives, at a time you choose, so you can get off precisely on time. Neither the bus nor your child will have to wait.

• Recorded Boarding and Disembarking

The bus supervisor records each student's boarding and disembarking, sending you a notification with the exact time.

• Safety Alerts

If the bus leaves the station and your child hasn't boarded, or if the journey ends and their disembarkation hasn't been recorded, you'll receive an immediate alert. These alerts remain active as long as your child is registered—they are the reason for the app.

• Absence Reporting

Report your child's absence through the app before closing time, so the bus won't wait for them at the station or send an unnecessary alert.

• Personalized Alerts

Choose what and when you receive alerts for each child individually: three, five, or ten minutes before arrival, boarding and alighting, and the group's departure.

■ Who is this app for?

For parents of students in schools and kindergartens participating in the Busi platform. You will receive an access code from your school administration. Self-registration is not possible—children's data is not accessible to those registering from outside the app.

■ Privacy

• The app never requests your phone's location. The location tracked is the bus's location, transmitted from the driver's or chaperone's phone only during the trip.

• We do not access your contacts or photo gallery.

• No advertising, no marketing tracking, and no data sales to any third party.

• Each parent can see only their own children, and each school can see only its own students.

• Bus locations are automatically deleted after three months.
