Activitly Scanner is the official ticket validation app from Activitly — the self-hosted registration, payment, and booking platform used by municipalities, institutions, and tour operators.

Pair the device with your organization's Activitly installation and validate QR code tickets at the event entrance: queuing, in the sun, with one hand.

VALIDATION IN SECONDS
• Scan the QR code and see the result on the entire screen — green, amber, or red, always with an icon and text
• The successful result is automatically dismissed, and the reading resumes immediately
• Warnings and errors remain on the screen until confirmed by the team
• Integrated flashlight for night validation

OFFLINE READY
• Transfer the event to the device and validate without any connection
• Validations are queued and automatically synchronized when the network returns
• Synchronization report with detailed conflicts: who validated, when, and on which device

DATA BELONGS TO YOUR ORGANIZATION
• Connects directly to your organization's Activitly installation
• No accounts, no third-party cloud, no analytics or tracking
• Participant data never leaves your organization's servers
• The camera is only used to read QR codes, processed on the device itself

• Search by name or registration number, with manual validation for damaged codes
