Welcome to the myAllianz app! Access your customer area where you can consult and manage all your insurances through your smartphone or tablet.

Through a single location, you can:
• Consult all information about your insurance and download the respective documentation;
• Request the travel assistance service, so we will reach you through geolocation;
• Participate in a claim and consult its status, wherever and whenever you wish;
• Find the nearest workshop where you are;
• Explore the Medical Networks associated with your health product;
• Locate an Allianz Broker;
• Get to know Allianz products, as well as request a simulation;
• Find all contacts to clarify any questions.

Ratings and reviews

Password rules are weak and nonsensical. That's a very telling warning on how old the back systems may be. Not reassuring to see this level of outdating in a company holding digital personal information... Couldn't activate biometrics either; generic error was thrown.

Not available in English... It's very strange that a company this international, does not have the app in English. But it's the same trying to call to get help, that is also only Portuguese.. WHY? Edit: Still same ... No English option:(

Biometric login crashing, doesn't work anymore. Update: after months since my complaint the biométric login still doesnt work. Already reinstalled the app 2 times.
