I can't open the app because it said I need to update to the new version. Updated the app but still won't let me log in

updated, now asks for pin instead swipe code... which pin? try the online browser pin... tells me service unavailable. I don't have time for this! need to use the app for payments!

I can use the app once. If I reopen it after using it then it cannot connect to the server. In order to access my account again I have to restart my phone. This app has been nothing by problems
