Ratings and reviews

Not only is the revamped look worse than before and contains less details (as most companies seem to be doing sadly). App also doesnt seem to have support in-app edit: oh and rarely at night/early morning the app and service is locked out/not working (i assume due to maintenance), which has caused me to be "stranded" at a gas station 👌 edit: changed to 3* as they fixed my account issue

App won't work and keeps asking permissions. Throws us into a loop where we accept the terms of their privacy policy regardless of the options we chose. Thus not allowing us to do anything at all in the app. I would request help, but I'm unsure if this should be solved in the bank or through here Edit: Managed to jump straight to settings before the dumb pop up window that looped me into oblivion and rejected all options in privacy policy. Still, this is unacceptable for a user friendly exp.

EDIT: the developer responded to my review by falsely informing me the issue was solved in the latest version of the app. This is, unfortunately, a cookie cutter response every time there's an update, and bears no resemblance to the truth. The app still won't allow the font size to be changed, an incomprehensible ableist decision. --- Decent enough homebanking app, but the UI could use some work. The font size is too small and there's no option to change it in the settings.
