First time using a bike, as a tourist: I return the bike to a dock, it gets locked in but does not register that the trip is done. I had to call the support number, fortunately they spoke English, for them to end the trip. In the meantime I got charged an extra 2 euros for going over 45 minutes. On top of that, the app freezes constantly.

Terrible app, incompetent customer service. As others wrote, the app takes your money, blocks the deposit and then tells you it can;'t give you a bike. Customer services is terrible. Barely speak English, don't understand phone numbers, nor emails. In the end, I wrote an email to customer service, in English, and got a response in Portuguese about resetting my password. They sent me a temporary password, but it's not recognized, nor my email. And resetting my password was not the issue anyway, it was the payment.

Horrendously buggy. Has to be restarted numerous times in the trip. Couldn't even add payment method either. Absolute disaster of an app And the bike station I went to return to was also out of service and I ended up getting charged more for the time I took because I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get the bike stationed
