Your app is bad and you should feel bad! Your GPS tracking is so bad that half the time drivers either don't know where I am (even if I give them the exact address), they give up because the directions are bad, or end up having to call me so I can explain where I am. I've lost count of the times I've been late because the service is so unreliable.

Taxis just don't arrive early in the morning. I ordered a taxi in Madeira, the reservation was made in advance, it just disappeared somewhere. Next, I tried to order a taxi in the usual way - the taxi driver confirmed the trip and canceled it 15 minutes later. The result is a missed flight. I understand that it is difficult to find drivers in the morning, but where did the trip booked in advance disappear to? The driver can take and just cancel it?!? It's very bad...

This app was recommended to me in Azores. It was the worst taxi experience in my life. Unreliable order completion, ETA, payment calculation. Drivers, apparently, can cancel your order at will, and the admin can temp block you from making another order. I was left stranded 15 km away from the nearest town, as well as in downtown Ponta Delgada with a lot of groceries on a hot summer day. One driver told me outright to pay 20% more than the app showed or he'll cancel.
