This situation is very concerning, as it appears that the service does not match what was advertised. If the plan is truly 100 GB, there should not be such severe speed restrictions or service interruptions at around half of the data usage. Additionally, the SIM seems to expire or become unusable before the full data allowance is consumed. after using approximately 45–50 GB of data, the internet speed becomes extremely slow and I start receiving network error messages. The updated version (from NOS to myNOS) is absolutely mediocre. Completely the opposite of "simpler, more intuitive organization", most features take me outside of the application - what's the point of having an app then? If I wanted to use the browser I would. The important info used to be on the main page, now it shows nothing. App is also slow in the transitions from one menu to the other. The previous version was superior in every way.

please update & work on nos app, there is limited option with only Portuguese language, boring UI without Dark/night mode
