The app is so full of bugs, sometimes it's impossible to use. I have just charged my credit on the app and 2 minutes later it says I am not registered on the app, so I can't use it. I've been using it for years, including just now, how come? Many other troubles too, like trying to redeem the discount codes.. when it works it's great, but you never know if it will.

It started charging me 2 € for extra internet even though the logs show I wasn't even close. I had to dig to find where to disable this option. After disabling, my extra internet was also cut without me using it, but I was not refunded. Today it charged me for the week and immediately said I had already used up my 1 GB, even though my 4G was turned off. I couldn't find any support for this problem inside the app or on the website.

I've experienced quite a few bugs but I find the app quite entertaining- with the scratch thing. Most of the issues I encountered were actually log in issues where my app would go blank whenever I logged in or just not let me log in at all. I ended up uninstalling and now, with a new phone, I experienced some log in bugs once more (with the verification code) but they quickly solved themselves and the app is now working fully well!
