This is an application intended for all residents of our parish.
With this application you can, at any time, alert situations that you want to see improved or resolved in the parish.
Alerting to situations on public roads, requesting intervention in gardens, streets or public spaces are actions that are possible in an easy and quick way.

When making an alert, in addition to the message that you are going to send us describing the situation, you can also add comments and photographs of the place where you want the intervention to take place, in order to facilitate the identification and resolution of the occurrence.
Whenever you contact us through the application, you can also check the status of the order you made and follow its evolution stages.

The Freguesia Mina de Água also makes it possible to view news, events and messages. By using the application you will, for example, receive information about a street that will be closed to traffic for a period of time, find out the date of a sporting event or a cultural event that will take place in the near future.
