The CITIZEN GAIA app lets you report a simple and intuitive way any occurrence that the Citizen find in Vila Nova de Gaia Municipality in different areas such as roads, sanitation, or even street lighting. Incoming events are automatically forwarded to the responsible department for a quick and effective resolution.
