This is the new Santander App designed to give you total control of your financial life and ready to evolve with you. I wanted to send proof of a debit transaction (receipt), only to discover that I can not export or share the transaction record, I went to one of the bank branches, yet the staff couldn't help with it even after using their web channel. This are basic features that are missing. Digital documents menu are not in English, making it difficult for one to access without going through stress of screenshot and translating to English

I had tried it before when they launched it, but went back to the old app as most things were not yet translated and there were a lot of bugs. Now they are forcing the clients to use this one, but it is extremely slow, it freezes at moments, and some parts of the app are still not available in English.

Biometric access a big improvement makes App more user-friendly than earlier version. But, definitely not impressed that its been impossible to make an online transfer for over a week, and installing the latest version as advised by helpline - makes no difference whatsoever!!! Repeated message says; '......the service will be available in a few minutes' - completely ridiculous situation for an international bank!!
